Core enforcement actions were dismissed with prejudice in Feb-Mar 2025 under the new Crypto Task Force; a May 2025 NYT user metrics inquiry at Coinbase remains unresolved with no 2026 updates. MicroStrategy faces only private shareholder matters (one dismissed 2025) and no SEC actions. Task Force under Chief Counsel Taylor Lindman (appt.
